The system has a cell with front compartments (A1-A3) having three switchgears, a rear compartment (B) with power-supply busbars, and an intermediate compartment (C) allowing the passage of electric cables connecting the switchgears to an electrical apparatus to be controlled. Bulkhead unions (fs1-fs3, fe1-fe3) allow connection of a detachable switchgear of the front compartment with the busbar located in the rear compartment and/or the connecting cables located in the intermediate compartment.
