The method involves arranging a cavity between walls of parts (01-03, E1, E2) of a mold. Cores (10) are integrated to one of the parts. The cores provide free spaces inside an envelope. Inserts (20) providing air circulation paths between spaces, are placed between the cores. The cavity is filled with a metal alloy powder (24) that is then sintered by hot isostatic pressing. The cores are eliminated, and the envelope is extracted. The cores are made up of soluble material, and are maintained at a distance from the wall of part.
