The device has a water line pipe (9) injecting pressurized water into a tight lock (11), during excavation of the land. A drill bit (10) receives the impulse of a spring (8) working by twisting during its upward movement, and reducing a progressive penetration force in downward movement. Handles (12, 13) located at the end of a master cylinder (1) permit the excavation of the land, by simultaneously supporting on a push button conditioning the opening and flow of water into the lock. A stabilization and maintenance handle (18) is located at the right/left of the cylinder.
