A loess roasting board and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve durability against impact or excessive heat by preventing loess powder from being generated, to easily reuse the roasting board by cleaning after soaking in hot water, to make meat or fish soft by generating far infrared rays from loess, and to drastically reduce malodor generated in cooking the meat or fish. A loess roasting board(1) is composed of loess powder having over 40 mesh as particle size and 85 to 90 as volume percent; and fine sand of a low melting point having 15 to 10 as volume percent. The surface is coated by melted sand in burning at high temperature, and a middle portion(2) is formed thicker than both side units(3) in the shape of an arc curved board. The middle portion is formed with a downward slope shaped forward or backward and a fat guide groove(4) on the distal end of the slope. |
