Pyrimidyl sulphone amide derivative compounds of formula (I), pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate and in vivo hydrolysable ester thereof are disclosed, wherein the R1, R2, R3, Rx and X are as defined in the specification. These compounds are suitable for the treatment of asthma, allergic rhinitis, COPD, inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis or cancer.
