Provided is a pump dispenser for ejecting foam, which avoids a need for forming a separate air chamber in the lower part of a cap, has a simplified structure by eliminating an opening valve, and prevents distortion of a liquid container. The pump dispenser for ejecting foam comprises: a nozzle head(10) having a foam ejection port(11) and a cylindrical portion(12); a nozzle head support member(20); a foam opening/closing valve embedded in the support member; a mesh(22) disposed at the upper part of the valve; a cap(40) coupled to the inlet of a liquid container(30); a liquid piston housing(50) having a first valve(51); a liquid piston shaft(60) including a valve shaft(62) having a second valve(63) for opening/closing a gas/liquid mixing chamber(61); and a valve shaft guide(70). The pump further comprises: an air piston fixing portion(100) formed integrally with the nozzle head; air inlet groove(110); an air chamber(200) formed at the upper part of the cap; an air piston embedded in the air chamber; an air opening/closing portion(310) for opening/closing the air inlet groove; a nozzle head support plate(250); an air flow path(260) formed between the nozzle head support plate and the bottom of the air piston fixing portion; a liquid piston(400) formed at the bottom of the liquid piston shaft; an air opening/closing plate(500) formed in the middle of the liquid piston shaft having an O-ring(600); a first air opening/closing surface(410) formed at the center of the cap; a first air inlet hole(700) formed on the inner circumference of the liquid piston housing; and a second air inlet hole(710) perforated on the wall of the liquid piston housing.
