PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive transferring material which is highly sensitive and with which development is easily conducted, and of which the adhesion to a glass substrate constituting a color filter and to a temporary supporting body thereof is improved.

SOLUTION: A photosensitive coloring resin layer constituting the photosensitive transferring material contains an oxyalkylene based compound in addition to carbon black. Preferably the carbon black contained therein is more than 35 mass% of a total solid content of the photosensitive coloring resin layer.
