<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a security technology that can be achieved with a simple processing. <P>SOLUTION: In a content encrypting system 1, a PC 10 which provides content data divides an image in the direction of gate electrodes of a gate driver in a text display terminal 20 which displays the content to create a plurality of rectangular image data. Further, the PC 10 changes the order of the rectangular image data and creates a data division table where the order of each rectangular image data arranged in an initial state is indicated. The encrypted image data whose order is changed and the encrypted data division table are delivered to the text display terminal 20. As a result, when the encrypted image data is displayed in a usual manner, the order of the rectangular image data is changed, which makes it impossible to display an appropriate image.
