SHOT PUMP AND VARIABLE SPEED TYPE TWO LIQUID METERING MIXING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shot pump and a variable speed type two liquid metering mixing control device capable of preventing stay of transferred matter in a pump and gelatinization of the transferred matter caused by stay while securing constant volume delivery performance and capable of being used for a long period of time without maintenance.

SOLUTION: This shot pump 100 has a piston 102 reciprocate from one end side to another end side of a cylinder 101 and sucks transferred matter from an inlet103 and delivers the same form an outlet 104. Ratio of gapδbetween a piston side surface 102s and an inner side surface 101s of a cylinder 101 to outer diameter of the piston 102 is set to 1/50 to 2. The inlet 103 is provided on a side of a cylinder 101 facing a piston tip side. The outlet 104 is provided on a piston root side of the cylinder 101. The transferred matter is sucked from the inlet 103 and is delivered from the outlet 104 with making the same pass through a part between the piston side surface 102s and the inner side surface 101s of the cylinder.
