<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover for atomization used to a method for compacting a powder forming where the sticking of a lubricating liquid to the upper side of a forming die body in the circumference of a packing part can be prevented. <P>SOLUTION: The cover for atomization is used to a method for compacting a powder forming where an aqueous solution L of a lubricant is atomized from an atomization part 12 to a compacting part 6 formed on a die 2, raw material powder M is packed into the compacting part 6, and the packed raw material powder M is compressed, so as to compact a powder forming, and is covered with an outside cover body 22 for covering the circumference of the opening part 6A in the compacting part 6.
