PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer controller, capable of restraining influence on a signal line and deterioration of FRI, generated, when attributes of an internal circuit (reconfigurable logic (RCF))and a pin are changed and when another signal line is set in a CLK, in a circuit connected onto a substrate and by an I/F connector or the like, using an element capable of reconstituting the attributes of an internal circuit and the pin. SOLUTION: In a system capable of attribute-changing a connection line connected each other by constitution of the internal circuit into a bus line, a signal line and the CLK, the pins are constituted so as to be brought into CND and L fixations, using the both side pins of a CLK signal as a guard pattern, when the attribute of the pin is changed, from the bus line and the signal line to the CLK signal.
