PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a setting tool device easily performing various settings. SOLUTION: The setting tool device is equipped with a means for for displaying a unit setting screen in which unit information is registered, the unit information equipped with a unit block A composed by connecting at least a plurality of unit block regions and a condition content setting region B for inputting a unit of a unit kind or type of each unit structuring an equipment. A slot number is preassigned to each unit block region structuring a unit block, and each unit block region corresponds to a unit structuring an equipment device. The device is also equipped with: a means for registering a received condition as a setting condition of a corresponding unit to a unit block region in a storing means, when the unit block region receives an input of the condition to the condition content setting region in a state of the optional unit block region being selected; and a means for downloading the setting condition to the equipment which has been registered in the storing means.
