PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a current density from being distributed in the depth direction of a flow path, drastically suppress a fluctuation in an output value, and achieve a significant improvement in the measurement accuracy as a distance between electrodes is reduced and the large output value is ensured. SOLUTION: The electrodes 9A, 9B are provided in both flow path sections 3A, 3b of an aperture 8, have a height across a depth of the flow path, are long in the predetermined flow direction of a specimen liquid (a), and formed with three-dimensional steric structure comprising an assembly of a plurality of conductive plates 9a, 9b provided in parallel so as to prevent the specimen liquid (a) from being interrupted in the predetermined flow direction.
