PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent short-circuiting accidents, even if clips are contacted in a voltage/phase rotation checker that makes clips of detectors connected in a conductor exposed section of an electric line and use the same. SOLUTION: The checker includes a plurality of clips 3a, 3b, 3c of detectors, connected to the electrical lines by holding the lines, and a detection circuit 9 for detecting line voltages connected to the clips 3a, 3b, 3c via each of the clips 3a, 3b, 3c.
