PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit connecting device capable of certainly interconnecting circuits and preventing breakage of each terminal. SOLUTION: An inspection circuit 21 is pressed on a signal circuit 12 via a circuit connecting unit 22 constituted by butting an elastic body plate 221 and a rigid body plate 222 on each other. The thickness of the elastic body plate 221 is different in each section according to the arrangement pitch between the terminals 121 and 211, so that pressure applied to individual terminals 121 and 211 of both circuits 12 and 21 can be uniformed. Therefore, the circuits 12 and 21 can be certainly interconnected, and the breakage of the individual terminals 121 and 211 can be prevented. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
