PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hub unit with a displacement sensor, capable of precisely detecting a load on an axle in the axial direction. SOLUTION: In the hub unit 6 with the displacement sensor, a section to be detected 60 is disposed on the main surface on the car body inner side of a wheel mounting flange 4a, and a displacement component of the section to be detected 60 in the axial direction is detected in a noncontact way by using a displacement detecting section 51.
