PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a manufacturing method of a resin net which, after the drawing by a roll, has nearly identical pitch spaces on the width direction of the drawing, and to obtain a resin sheet. SOLUTION: A plurality of holes 12 are penetratingly formed in a resin sheet material 10, and there is formed a resin sheet 11 for drawing in which the spaces D of the width direction (the direction indicated by the arrow WS) of the mutual hole peripheral parts in the holes 12 are constant and the hole widths W are wider in both sides of the width direction compared with the center of the width direction. Then the resin sheet 11 is drawn to the direction orthogonal to the width direction (the WS direction) between rolls that differ in peripheral speeds.
