PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine joining method and a fine joining device having excellent productivity and quality. SOLUTION: The fine joining method comprises a step of moving a heating head having an electrode from the non-joining position to the joining position, a step of supplying power to a strip-like resistance heater held between the electrode and a work to be joined via the electrode at the joining position, and a step of moving the heating head from the joining position to the non-joining position after the power supply. The strip-like resistance heater is moved in a slidable contact manner while being abutted on the electrode in the step of moving the heating head from the non-joining position to the joining position.
