PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of pretreatment at the time of using coating lee as a chemical raw material for recycling the coating lee as the chemical raw material. SOLUTION: After decomposed in a proper size, the coating waste is mixed with waste plastics and the obtained mixture is granulated by a compacting molding apparatus 4 which is an extrusion-out-of-nozzle type using an extrusion apparatus and the obtained granule is recycled as a raw material for a heat treatment apparatus.
