PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a both-way system electric razor, which can efficiently shave unruly beard and improves in shaving taste. SOLUTION: In a both-way system electric razor, which is equipped with a cross-sectional approximately inverted L-shape trimmer blade 16A in a head part 12 attached to a main unit 10, the trimmer blade 16A is equipped with a fixed outer blade 18A which curves in the shape of a cross-sectional inverted L-shape and a movable inner blade 20 which slides and keeps contact with the inner face of the fixed outer blade 18A, the fixed outer blade 18A has the first slit 28A which opens toward an open end 26A of a horizontal curving part 24A in the horizontal curving part 24A in the upper end and the second slit 29A which opens toward a curving angle 30A, then, the beard/mustache inserted in the slits 28A, 29A is cut in cooperation with the movable inner blade 20.
