PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation structure of a functional section case which can maintain an excellent appearance when the functional section case of a hand-washing apparatus is installed on the upper surface of a water receiver. SOLUTION: A back wall section having an erected shape is formed in a lateral direction along a back end part of the upper surface of a washhand basin 12 and a pair of side wall sections 26 in a longitudinal direction having erected shapes are formed along left and right sides of the upper surface.
