PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic for eyelashes, applicable without forming undissolved lumps, easily imparting the eyelashes with beautiful curl-up effect and high curl-retention and having high water resistance. SOLUTION: The cosmetic for eyelashes contains (A) a polymer containing a methacrylic acid monomer as a constitutional unit in a manner totally or partly neutralized with ammonia and having a glass transition temperature (Tg) of≥80°C.
