PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To readily mitigate premenstrual and/or intermenstrual, physical and/or mental unpleasant condition in good repeatability. SOLUTION: The mitigator of the premenstrual and/or intermenstrual, physical and/or mental unpleasant condition contains a perfume selected from dodecahydro-3a,6,6,9a-tetramethylnaphtho[2,1-b]furan, eugenol, methyl dihydrojasmonate and cyclopentadecanolide, and the mitigation of the condition is caused by the inhalation of the volatilized perfume. Preferably, the administration is preferably carried out by the inhalation of the volatilized perfume at 10-4,000μg/m<SP>3</SP>concentration for 4-8 hr per day while asleep.
