PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flap structure of a drafter which reduces the level of the generation of beating sounds. SOLUTION: According to the flap structure, second flaps 9, 9 are located to be closer to the vehicle room interior than first flaps 8, 8, and are interposed between the first flaps 8, 8 and the peripheries of upper/lower ventilation holes 6, 7, respectively. As a result, when the first flaps 8, 8 are put back into a closed state to be brought into contact with the peripheries of the upper/lower ventilation holes 6, 7, the second flaps 9, 9 are also brought into contact with the peripheries while being interposed between the first flaps 8, 8 and the peripheries of the upper/lower ventilation holes 6, 7. The second flaps 9, 9 are provided with slot-like lateral openings 9c, 9c, which serve as vent openings and are elongated along side edges 9b, 9b at the rocking front end side.
