PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of a cooling system using ice thermal storage by increasing an ice making speed. SOLUTION: This ice making device 1 comprises a refrigerant pipe 6 in which refrigerant flows, a thermal storage tank 2 contacting the refrigerant pipe 6, and water 3 in the thermal storage tank 2 to be cooled by the refrigerant 7 to form ice.
