PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an enclosed gasket, comprising a surface material and a core member integrated with each other, capable of preventing waving of the surface material while setting effective width large. SOLUTION: This gasket (enclosed gasket) 1 is composed of a circular core member 10, and the surface material 20 of fluorine resin (polytetrafluoroethylene, for example). In the gasket 1, (1) the surface material 20 continuously covers the circular core member 10 at least on the inner circumferential side of an upper surface 13, an inner circumferential surface 12, and (2) the inner circumferential side of a bottom surface 14, and it is partially jointed with the upper surface 13 and the bottom surface 14 of the circular core member 10. The surface material 20 is not extended outward of an outer circumference 11 of the circular core member 10, preferably. For a junction position, its distance from the inner circumference 12 of the core member is in a range of Wx0.5-Wx0.95, preferably, where W is width of the core material.
