PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily put threads through loopers, to reduce sizes of the whole machine and to narrow an incorporating space. SOLUTION: A looper stand 8 to which loopers 6 are locked is fitted to a looper bar 7 in the state of being swingable forward and backward around the axis of the looper bar 7 across a sewing work position and a forward tilting position of tilting forward more than the sewing work position for putting the threads to the loopers 6, and in a state where the looper table 8 can be locked to and unlocked from the sewing work position. At the tip of the looper bar 7 projecting from the tip surface 8a in the axial direction of the looper table 8, a locking ring 15 is inserted and locked. Between the locking ring 15 and the looper table 8, a positioning locking/unlocking means 16 for locking/unlocking positioning of the looper table 8 to the sewing work position is provided.
