PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable medical oxygen concentrating device capable of being used when a patient is at home and/or out (including the time of moving in a car or the like) and reducing unpleasant feelings at the time of breathing. SOLUTION: The portable medical oxygen concentrating device comprises a compression means for compressing air taken in from an air intake port, an absorption means for absorbing prescribed components other than oxygen in the compressed air inside an absorption cylinder and removing them from the compressed air and a product tank for storing concentrated oxygen from which the prescribed components are removed, and a nasal cannula can be attached and detached to/from it. An aroma generation part is provided on the appropriate part of the nasal cannula. Also, the aroma generation part is freely attachable and detachable to/from the nasal cannula and is disposable.
