PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knock-down cabinet allowing a worker to simply and easily perform assembling work of respective constructional members alone and capable of forming a highly rigid casing structure in the knock-down cabinet constituting the casing by connecting a bottom board, side boards, a top board and a back board mutually. SOLUTION: This knock-down cabinet is constituted of the casing formed by engaging engagement projecting strips 8 formed in side edge parts of the bottom board 1 between the inner faces and lower engagement pieces 12 of the side boards and fastening them with screws 16 from the sides, engaging engagement projecting strips 10 formed in side edge parts of the top board 3 with the inner faces and upper engagement pieces 13 of the side boards and fastening them with screws 17 from the sides, engaging the lower end engagement part 14 of the back board 4 with an engagement projecting strip 9 formed at the rear edge part of the bottom board in such a manner as to prevent the front/rear movement and fastening them with screws 18, and making the upper end abutment part 15 of the back board to abut on a projecting strip formed in the rear edge part of the top board and fastening them with screws 19.
