<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive rubber composition having low hardness and contamination resistance, and to provide a conductive rubber roller using the composition. <P>SOLUTION: At least an elastic layer is formed on a conductive core metal. The elastic layer is formed by using a conductive rubber composition prepared by adding at least one kind of rosin resin, coumarone resin and terpene resin having 90°C to 180°C softening point to a conductive rubber. The volume resistivity of the conductive rubber composition ranges from 10<SP>3</SP>Ω cm to 10<SP>9</SP>Ω cm.
