<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a super core loss grain-oriented magnetic steel sheet having uniform magnetic characteristics over the entire surface of a coil by specifying an adequate film thickness distribution range of TiN films. <P>SOLUTION: In the grain-oriented magnetic steel sheet having the TiN films on the front and rear surfaces of the steel sheet, when the average film thickness of the TiN film over the entire surface of the front and rear surfaces of the steel sheet is defined as t[ave.], the maximum film thickness difference in the TiN film thickness distribution in the direction perpendicular to rolling is defined as Δt[C], and the maximum value of the film thickness difference between the front and rear surfaces in the same position as Δt[S], the relation of the expression (1) (Δt[C]+2×Δt[S])/(3×t[ave.])≤0.3 is satisfied relating to these. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
