<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network multifunction machine system that enables a user to easily and shortly look for an operating method without increasing the internal storage part capacity of equipment. <P>SOLUTION: When a user selects and requests the list display of saved documents on a WWW browser screen, a document list screen is displayed on the monitor screen of a terminal device. If the user does not know an operating method and clicks on an "Operation guide" button, a network multifunction machine sends a command to display an operation guide to the currently opened content, and the terminal device reads out and displays the operation guide to the document list display from an electronic document installed in an HDD in the terminal device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
