摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide support information that allows a person determining promotion strategies to determine an effective promotion strategy in developing promotions. <P>SOLUTION: A promotion strategy support information system has a consumer terminal 10 and an information processor 20 communicably connected thereto. The consumer terminal 10 causes a consumer to input a keyword by either selecting or combining a plurality of inputs, i.e., text input, voice input and image input, and couples together and sends information about the position of a keyword input location and user information. The information processor 20 creates a keyword based on image information when the information sent from the consumer terminal 10 includes image information. The keyword is coupled with the time of collection of the information sent from the consumer terminal 10 and is stored in a database.
