PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a manual plate in common between two or more types of automatic transmission different in number of positions. SOLUTION: In the case of applying the manual plate 1 to a 5-position automatic transmission, the height position of a case side drive range direction stopper part 15 for regulating the turning range of the manual plate 1 is set so that the tip of a chuck member 11 fits into a parking range cutout 30 to a low range 1 cutout 34. In the case of applying the manual plate 1 to a 4-position automatic transmission, the height position of the case side drive range direction stopper part 15 for regulating the turning range of the manual plate 1 is set so that the tip of the chuck member 11 fits into a parking range cutout 30 to a drive range 1 cutout 33. Thus, it is possible to use the common manual plate 1 between the 5-position automatic transmission and the 4-position one, whereby the number of types of parts can be reduced.
