PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin film transistor having high electric mobility and being capable of minimizing manufacture cost, a thin film transistor display panel, and the method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The invention comprises an alignment portion being formed on a substrate and having a plurality of grooves, a linear semiconductor included at least in a part of the groove, a first electrode superimposed with the linear semiconductor, and second and third electrodes connected with the ends of the linear semiconductor.
