PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor capable of improving operability and versatility for document editing related to replacement of pages. SOLUTION: The image processor is provided with an image reading part 13 for reading an image of an original manuscript, a document storage part 14 for storing documents, a document editing part 15 for editing the documents stored in the document storage part 14, and an operation panel 12 for designating processing conditions for the document editing by the document editing part 15. The document editing part 15 has a page replacement mode for replacing a prescribed page of the documents stored in the document storage part 14 with a page of image data read with the image reading part 13. The operation panel 12 is composed so that the number of pages to be deleted of the documents can be designated as the processing condition applied to the page replacement mode.
