PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus which is advantageous for securing sufficient vibration property, and for achieving miniaturization. SOLUTION: When a cover 20 is mounted on a main body 10, the pressed status of second and third rigid substrates 50B and 50C through a holder 80 to a main body side engagement 70 by an elastic member 90 is maintained. Thus, even when vibration is applied from the outside through the main body 10 or the cover 20 to the second and third rigid substrates 50B and 50C, the second and third rigid substrates 50B and 50C can be prevented from being relatively moved or vibrated to the main body 10 or the cover 20, and the relatively standstill status of the second and third rigid substrates 50B and 50C to the main body 10 and the cover 20 can be maintained.
