PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color conversion film with color transformation efficiency improved and a polychromatic light-emitting device having the above color conversion film. SOLUTION: The color conversion film is formed with a color conversion material composition containing an organic solvent (A component) having a pyrrolidone group expressed in a formula (I), a resin group (B component) containing one type from an optically active or an inactive translucency monomer, oligomer, or polymer, and one type of a phosphor (C component).
