PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recognize signal integrity objectively without generating a mistake by a human being in fault-freedom verification support of a printed board. SOLUTION: An oscilloscope 2 brings a probe 4 into contact with a wire as a target of a measured printed board 1, and a signal waveform b in the wire is observed. A waveform extracting device 5 creates data for real machine waveform simulation converted into data type with a waveform simulation tool based on the signal waveform. A personal computer 3 has a simulation analysis tool for waveform observation, analyzes the data for real machine waveform simulation, and recognizes the signal integrity of the measured printed board.
