PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To analyze higher harmonic components of flux density as accurately as possible. SOLUTION: An electromagnetic field analysis device 100 analyzes electromagnetic fields of a device to be analyzed and determines time-serial data of flux density. A two-dimensional magnetic measuring device 200 applies a voltage indication value computed in accordance with the time-serial data of flux density to exciting coils 207a-207d and measures flux densities Bx and By and magnetic files Hx and Hy in a sample 400. Since the time-serial data of flux density acquired by analyzing electromagnetic fields at the electromagnetic field analysis device 100 contains higher-harmonic components, it is possible to set the voltage indication value also in consideration of the higher-harmonic components. It is thereby possible to analyze electromagnetic fields as accurately as possible even in the case that rotating magnetic fields and alternating magnetic fields containing higher-harmonic components occur.
