PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device of a clock for displaying and the clock provided with the same capable of retrospective representation simplified in structure, excellent in spatial efficiency, and improved in degree of freedom of designing. SOLUTION: The day of the week display 20 of the clock 1 in which the week pointer 52 is provided with the shaft part 431 of the lever 43, the reciprocating motion of the week pointer 52 interlinking with the turning/returning action of the lever 43 is achieved by turning of the lever 43 is directly transferred to the week pointer 52, therefore, transfer mechanism such as a rack for transferring the turning of the lever 43 to the week pointer 52 can be negated. Because, the mechanism for transferring the turning of the lever 43 is negated, the structure of the week display device 20 can be simplified, and the space saving and lowering the cost can be attained, i.e. the week display device 20 is achieved with the retrospective reciprocating motion of the week pointer 52 with only the cam 42 and the lever 43, and the configuration of the same can be made simple and compact.
