PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning system for agriculture industry capable of reducing cost of facilities and operation. SOLUTION: This air conditioning system for agriculture industry is provided with a water cooled heat pump type air conditioner 1 for circulating a heat medium of a subterranean heat exchanger 3 and air-conditioning a space to be air-conditioned using the heat medium in the subterranean heat exchanger 3 as a heat source and an air cooled heat pump type air conditioner 2 for switching circulation and air conditioning in the space to be air-conditioned, ventilation, and circulation and air-conditioning during ventilation freely using air as a heat source. This system switches to single operation of only either of the water cooled heat pump type air conditioner 1 and the air cooled heat pump type air conditioner 3 or operation by use of both of the air conditioners together using at least fluctuation of air conditioning load in the space to be air-conditioned as parameters.
