PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooking device outstandingly reducing a smoke discharged to the outside by an inexpensive constitution. SOLUTION: The heating cooking device is provided with an exhaust cylinder for guiding an exhaust gas from a grill chamber 1 having a heating heater (not shown) for heating a material to be cooked (not shown); an exhaust port 4 positioned above the grill chamber 1, communicated with the exhaust cylinder 2 and performing exhaust; and an exhaust inner cylinder 11 detachably attached into the exhaust cylinder 2. The exhaust inner cylinder 11 has a plurality of lattices 12, i.e., resistance to the flow of the exhaust gas and when the exhaust cylinder 11 is attached to the exhaust cylinder 2, a part 12a of the lattices 12 is exposed to the outside of the exhaust cylinder 2. The smoke passing through the exhaust inner cylinder collides with the lattice 12, heat is removed and it is condensed, deposited and efficiently removed. Further, since the part 12a of the lattices 12 is exposed to the outside of exhaust cylinder 2 and is cooled by outside air, temperature rise of the lattices 12 by the smoke of high temperature is suppressed and performance for condensing the smoke is maintained.
