PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator using exclusive coolers and fans for cooling a refrigerating space and a freezing space to improve the efficiency of a refrigerating cycle and for increasing humidity in the refrigerating space to keep foods fresh for a long period, and using a single deodorizing and sterilizing device for eliminating odors and bacteria in the refrigerating and freezing spaces. SOLUTION: The refrigerator comprises the refrigerating space cooler 7 and a freezing space cooler 9, the fans 8, 10 for discharging cold air generated by the coolers, and a plurality of cooling storage chambers including a refrigerating chamber 2, a vegetable chamber 5 and a freezing chamber 6 for introducing the cold air from the fans into the cooling spaces to cool the insides to predetermined temperatures. Part of the circulated cold air from the freezing space cooler is introduced into the refrigerating space including the refrigerating chamber and the vegetable chamber to put the refrigerating space in communication with the freezing space.
