PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary shaft support device capable of avoiding interference of components or the like while limiting manufacturing cost without increasing component accuracy more than required. SOLUTION: Since a sleeve 21 is attached on a main body 11 adjustably in radial position, position of the sleeve 21 can be adjusted to optimize minute gap between a surface of the rotary shaft 3 and a first orifice part 21d and a second orifice part 21e provided on both sides in an axial direction of a circumference groove 21f under a condition where the rotary shaft 3 is supported by a main body 11.
