PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a failure diagnostic system capable of quickly erasing a warning display when leakage runs out, by easily confirming a determining result that there is the leakage in an evaporated fuel processing device, while performing an ordinary purge. SOLUTION: After determining that there is disconnection of a filler cap (large hole leakage), the possibility of installing a filler cap is determined. When installing the filler cap, since the evaporated fuel concentration in purge gas suddenly reduces, a determination is made on the basis of a change in the evaporated fuel concentration in the purge gas when stopping a vehicle (S116, S125, and S126). When determining that the filler cap-installed possibility is high, an ordinary leakage determination is performed again, and when determining that there is no large hole leakage, a warning lamp is turned off.
