PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-repellant composition giving oil-repellant film excellent in oil repellency, causing no degradation of adhesion to a substrate even when exposing in a high temperature oil for a long term and excellent in retention of oil repellency, and having excellent solution stability and membrane-making property, and to provide articles excellent in oil repellency and retention thereof. SOLUTION: The oil-repellant composition comprises a polymer (a) having fluorine-containing alicyclic structure in the main chain, a polymer (b) having no fluorine-containing alicyclic structure in the main chain but 3,000-20,000 number-average molecular weight, and a solvent.
