PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display device for a hanging poster with high impact resistance. SOLUTION: An Indium Tin Oxide (ITO) film 12, a light emitting layer 13, and an electrode 14 are formed on a first substrate 11 and moreover, an organic electroluminescence (EL) display 10 is formed by sticking the substrate and a second substrate 16 as an opposing substrate together. Protecting plates 17 with high light transmittance, which serve as protecting layers for absorbing impact and whose thickness is thicker than that of the organic EL display 10, are stuck to both faces of the organic EL display 10 and a display unit 19 is formed.
