PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a skin detergent that has high detergency effect and has no remarkable reduction in cleansing force even in use with wet hands. SOLUTION: The skin detergent is obtained by mixing an oil liquid at a normal temperature with one or more kinds selected from an alkylene glycol and/or a polyalkylene glycol that is dissolved in water in an arbitrary ratio, exhibits compatibility with the oil and is liquid at a normal temperature and has high detergency effect and no remarkable reduction in cleansing force even in use with wet hands.
