摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bamboo laminated structural member capable of being obtained without arranging split bamboo materials side by side to form a single layer and characterized in that the strength possessed by a bamboo itself is put to practical use. SOLUTION: The upper and under surfaces of flat plate-shaped bamboo plates 4, each of which is obtained by forming a cut groove 3 to the whole bamboo 2 cut into a predetermined length at one place in the longitudinal direction thereof and developing the cut bamboo, is bonded and laminated through an adhesive layer and the joined parts 5, where the end parts of the bamboo plates 4 are joined to each other in the longitudinal direction thereof in the respective layers, are arranged so as to be mutually shifted in the lamination direction to manufacture the bamboo laminated structural member. Since the bamboo plates formed by developing the whole bamboo are laminated mutually, the joined parts are not formed in the longitudinal direction. Accordingly, since the strength possesed by the bamboo itself is utilized as it is and the lowering of the strength caused by the joined parts is prevented, larger strength can be obtained as compared with a conventional laminated material obtained by laminating veneers having joined parts formed over the whole length in the longitudinal direction thereof by arranging the split bamboo materials side by side.
